Solana Jito Setup Guide
This guide covers the essential steps to configure your local FRB environment for high-performance Solana MEV operations, leveraging the Jito Block Engine for private transaction delivery.
1. Wallet Setup
Install Phantom or Solflare and ensure you have a dedicated execution wallet.
2. Jito Integration
Configure validator tips and enable private bundle submission.
3. Risk Guards
Set slippage caps and budget triggers for automated safety.
Configuration Steps
Phase 1: Environment Preparation
Ensure your local Windows machine is optimized for low-latency networking. We recommend a wired connection and disabling any unnecessary background VPNs that might inject jitter into your Jito connection.
Phase 2: Jito Block Engine Pairing
In your FRB dashboard, go to Settings > Solana. Select your preferred Jito region (Amsterdam, Frankfurt, or Tokyo are recommended for best global coverage).
Phase 3: Activation & Testing
Run a simulation on any active Pump.fun pair to verify your bundle inclusion. You can view real-time status in the Ops Pulse tab.
