FRB is provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license. The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer components where prohibited by law.

MEV strategies are experimental and high-risk. No profitability or inclusion outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for compliance with laws and exchange policies in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited uses
- Interacting with sanctioned addresses or violating applicable sanctions/export rules.
- Attempting to circumvent platform security or rate-limits.
- Any unlawful activity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRB and its contributors are not liable for lost profits, data, or any consequential damages.
