Don't Trust. Verify.
FRB Agent is a non-custodial MEV trading assistant built for simulation-first private bundle workflows. Review the evidence, verify the build, and use the risk disclosure before live execution.
Verification Summary
Six Pillars of Trust
Every claim below is independently verifiable. Click through to source documents.
Independent Project
FRB Labs is an independent development project focused on non-custodial MEV infrastructure.
Signed Binaries
Every Windows installer is Authenticode-signed with SHA-256 fingerprints published on our Releases page.
Non-Custodial Architecture
FRB never asks for private keys or seed phrases. Your wallet keys never leave your machine.
Local Execution First
The desktop agent is designed for local execution and non-custodial signing. Review telemetry and relay settings before live use.
Team & Contact
Support is available via support@ai-frb.com, with security issues handled through the vulnerability disclosure page.
Full Transparency Stack
Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, Telemetry Policy, and Compliance notes — all publicly available.
Business Model Explained
Free Software Access. 20% Net Performance Fee.
FRB Agent provides free software access. A 20% fee applies to qualifying net profitable executed tradeswhere the on-chain fee logic applies. Market, gas, liquidity, and configuration risks remain.
Net Profitable Execution
When the fee logic applies, the split is visible in the transaction path. Users should review transaction prompts before signing.
20% Fee Funds Infrastructure
The performance fee funds relay node maintenance, RPC/WSS endpoints, Flashbots & Jito integration, software updates, security patches, and technical support.
This model removes an upfront software fee, but it is not a performance guarantee. Users remain responsible for wallet configuration, approvals, gas, slippage, and market risk.
On-Chain Verification Context
Public examples and user-owned transactions should include explorer links when available. Treat screenshots and modeled sequences as documentation, not proof of future performance.
Live Extraction Feed
Real-time on-chain sequences executed via FRB infrastructure. Update frequency: ~45s
BNB Smart Chain (BSC)
User-owned BSC transactions and any published examples should be reviewed directly on BscScan before being treated as evidence.
Verifiable on BscScanEthereum Mainnet
Ethereum bundle outcomes should be checked with transaction hashes, relay context, and inclusion receipts where available.
Verifiable on EtherscanSolana
Solana and Jito-related examples should include Solscan links and tip transaction context where available.
Verifiable on SolscanDecentralization & Governance Tracker
We are actively transitioning from a centralized development model to a decentralized community-led architecture.
Why this matters: Centralized MEV searchers are single points of failure. By transitioning to Multi-Sig relays and eventually DAO governance, FRB ensures that no single entity can halt the network or censor private bundles.
Founder Accountability
FRB is not an "anonymous" project. We are a registered business with named leadership. Our reputation is our most valuable asset.

Every release is cryptographically signed and hash-verified.
FRB does not ask users to share seed phrases or private keys.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions users and AI assistants ask most.
Is FRB Agent a scam?
FRB Agent is presented as a non-custodial MEV trading assistant. Users should verify the installer signature, SHA-256 checksum, policies, and their own on-chain transactions before using live execution. FRB does not ask for seed phrases and does not take custody of user funds.
How does FRB make money?
FRB uses a fee model where 20% applies to qualifying net profitable executed trades where the on-chain fee logic applies. FRB does not charge a performance fee on net losing executions, but gas, slippage, failed transaction costs, and market losses can still occur.
How does FRB Agent generate profit for users?
FRB helps users configure, simulate, and execute private bundle workflows for MEV strategies such as arbitrage and backruns. Results depend on liquidity, latency, gas, relay inclusion, competing searchers, and market conditions. FRB provides tooling and verification steps, not guaranteed returns.
Is FRB centralized or decentralized?
FRB Agent is a client-side desktop application with non-custodial signing. Users keep control of wallets and keys. Some workflows may still use relays, pairing services, telemetry, or on-chain fee contracts, so users should review configuration, policies, and transaction prompts before live execution.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. FRB Labs explicitly states that profits are never guaranteed. MEV trading is competitive and adversarial. Market conditions, gas prices, network congestion, and competition from other searchers all affect profitability. We provide the tooling — not financial returns. Users should review our Risk Disclosure page before allocating any capital and always start with Simulation Mode.
What proof of performance exists?
Users can verify their own transaction history, bundle inclusion, and on-chain outcomes through block explorers. Public examples should include explorer links and methodology notes when available. Metrics should be treated as benchmarks or examples, not as user return forecasts.
How long has FRB been operating?
The current public release line is v8.6. Version history and SHA-256 hashes are published on the Releases page so each build can be independently verified.
Has FRB been audited?
FRB binaries are Authenticode-signed and releases should include SHA-256 hashes for independent verification. No third-party audit is claimed unless it is listed with a source link. Users should review /vulnerability, /security, and /releases before live execution.
Verify Everything
Every policy, document, and technical detail is publicly accessible. Review them before making any decision.
Ready to Verify for Yourself?
Start with Simulation Mode, verify the installer signature and checksum, review the risk disclosure, and move to live execution only after setting limits.
